Embody the Walk: An Introduction to Psychosomatic Geography - NOTE THIS IS A SCHEDULED EVENT THAT WILL TAKE PLACE LIVE AND ONCE ONLY on FRIDAY at 6pm BST.
Join John Hill on this interactive Zoom call that will teach participants exercises they can then use throughout the Congress. Drawing from various fields of “bodywork,” this session will introduce participants to mind/body connection, the interplay between a person’s mood and their posture, and how one affects the other. NOTE the linked event on Sunday.
